PLURAL won the International competition hosted by UDRI in 2014 to relook at planning mechanisms of slum redevelopment through Dharavi. 150 people from world over participated in the prestigious competition. Through collaborative approach of multidisciplinary scheme PLURAL introduced concept of Dharavi Community Land Trust to tackle the most important variable of the equation – Land. CLT can prove to be an innovative tool  not just for Dharavi’s Redevelopment but for creation of Affordable Housing in any dense Brownfield Neighborhood.
